At IT Solutions, we’ve been working on ways to help our clients make better use of their existing FileMaker systems for faster access to information, resulting in better data driven decisions. We’ve been helping clients utilize some of the exciting new features in FileMaker 10, but even if you’re using a previous version, there are still plenty of ways to maximize your data access efficiency. We’re eager to share this knowledge with MacBUS members.
Colin Keefe is a senior FileMaker Pro consultant with IT Solutions Consulting, Inc. (www.itsolutions-inc.com), an employee-owned (ESOP) full-service IT managed services and application development company that’s made the Philadelphia 100 Fastest Growing Companies List in 4 out of the past 6 years.

MobileMe also comes with a suite of elegant, ad-free web applications at me.com— including Mail, Contacts, and Calendar, which stay in sync with your devices. The new Gallery application makes it easy to manage and share photos on the web, with a stunning online gallery for visitors. Finally, iDisk lets you store, access, and share documents online. Work anywhere you go, using a modern browser on a Mac or PC. Join automation consultant and author, Ben Waldie, for this introduction to MobileMe, and learn how you can begin leveraging these popular Internet technologies for both personal and business use.

Business continuity - thought and action
"We live in a world that seems to REACT to emergencies, rather than PREPARE for them, leading to a situation in which the panic can be more dangerous than the disaster itself." -Neil Strauss, Author.
"Business continuity - thought and action" is an introduction to Business Continuity focused on the actual needs of small businesses, organizations, and communities. By replacing the worry and panic that follows emergencies with preparation through thought and action, this interactive presentation provides a foundation to begin drafting your business continuity plan, giving you the power to deal with whatever comes your way.
